Free laundry facilities, spacious suites for families, easy navigation within hotel

Room maintenance seems neglected, with dated appliances and cleanliness concerns!!! The internet connectivity was weak. it's frustrating when you can't get online easily. Also, better communication about housekeeping policies would be appreciated.

Check-in was efficient, and the staff were genuinely kind. The King Studio was impressive, featuring a spacious kitchenette and modern amenities. Breakfast had diverse, delicious options. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. The location is unbeatable, close to shopping and restaurants. A delightful stay overall!

Family with children suitable getaway

The front desk staff were super friendly and they really made my family feel welcomed during our stay. My kids also enjoyed the pool area, it was the perfect spot for them to unwind after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the most part, it was acceptable.

The two-bedroom suite featured a spacious layout with well-stocked kitchen essentials. Two bathrooms, making it perfect for family trips. Breakfast served until 10:30 kept morning routines flexible, and the inviting dining area created a relaxed atmosphere to start the day.

While the overall experience was good, the hot tub being unavailable was a letdown, especially after a long day. Also, the limited dining options during evening socials became a bit monotonous after a couple of nights, leaving me craving more variety.

The staff was super friendly 😄, and the hotel was beautifully maintained. The pool area was clean, and the breakfast had amazing options like fresh waffles and fruits. That made my mornings so much better! Plus, the location next to the hospital was spot on.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but some aspects could definitely improve.
